New Book 'For a More Perfect Union' Says Both Parties Have Failed America, And Offers a Fix

Retired engineer and third-party leader John B. Bloom lays out a plan to cut the national debt, reform elections, and hold politicians accountable.

He calls for limits on lawsuit payouts to help bring down healthcare costs. He also wants the federal government to shrink slowly, through retirements rather than sudden layoffs.

Bloom shares his own hard experience with unfair treatment while working as a federal employee, and explains, in his own words, why he is against abortion, while also pushing for more support and funding for adoption.
