RICHMOND, VIRGINIA — Throughout the summer, Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) facilities and probation & parole districts across the Commonwealth have participated in several back-to-school drives, helping children start the new school year off with necessary supplies.

“These donations can make a meaningful difference for a child and their family as they begin a new school year, said VADOC Director Joseph W. Walters. “I am proud of the generosity demonstrated by our corrections team members across the Commonwealth. Supporting our communities is an important part of who we are as an agency.”

Eastern Region:

Central Region:
